Short-Term Running Goals:
My primary goal right now is to qualify for the Boston Marathon. My age group qualifying time is 3:30:59. I finished this years Disney Marathon in 3:39:10. My next marathon will be the Chicago Marathon in October.
Long-Term Running Goals:
At this point I just want to continually improve my times. Really long term goal is to remain competitive in what ever age group I'm in.

I'm starting my 5k training now. 2 days after my half marathon and the legs felt great. I ran 2.5 of my 4.5 at 5k pace.
