So much for an easy run. My plan was to do 2 easy 5 mile runs on Tuesday and Thursday as I get ready for Sundays half. I felt so good early in the run that I finished the last 5 miles at race pace. I'm not sure if this was a good or bad thing to do. I do know that I can't do this on my Thursday run. The last thing I want to do is go into the race with tired legs.
I would be interested in hearing what kind of training people do the week before a marathon or half. |
